We try to ship orders as soon as possible. Delivery time may vary depending on the type of assortment:

• crib bumpers, baby nests, mats, knot pillows - up to 7 business days
• posters - up to 5 business days
• swaddles - 24H or up to 2 business days (see information on the each product page)
• zestawy pościeli, rożki niemowlęce  i rogale do karmienia– 24 H lub do 5 dni roboczych ( w zależności od informacji podanej na karcie produktu)
• others - 1 business day

The shipping time is not included in the order processing time. The shipping time depends on the destination of the shipment and the regulations of the shipping company. Usually, it ranges from 1 to 2 business days (in Poland terithory) and 2-5 to the others EU Countries. For details, please ask in the email: sklep@pom-pom.pl.

Shipments are sent from Monday to Friday between 8.00-18.00 excluding public holidays. Goods for special order are delivered on a date individually agreed with the customer.
