The customer has the right to return of a product purchased remotely. It is possible to withdraw from the concluded contract within 14 calendar days without giving a reason. Dabout the deadline it is enough to send a statement before its expiry. Returned without reason product must meet the following conditions:
- We only accept unused products with a label.
- Returned goods should be unchanged, unless a change was necessary within the limits of normal use.
- The consumer will return the refund within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.

Items made to special order are not refundable.

The customer receives the return of the value of the purchased goods - without the cost of shipping.


The customer has the right to make a complaint within 24 months from the date of purchase, if the purchased product has factory defects or is inconsistent with the contract. To make a complaint, please do the following:

- Downloading and filling out the return form - in Polish, in English
- Send the parcel with the defective product and complaint form.

Goods from the complaint are sent at the expense of the buyer and sent back at the seller's cost (for repair or replacement). In case of a refund, the customer receives a refund of the value of the purchased goods and refund of shipping costs to the given account number.

Complaints do not apply to products with mechanical damage resulting from improper use.
